You can easily use TalentLMS anywhere you are in the world. If we have updates that we want to send out to our agents globally, we can just upload the course, and in an instant, they can see it on their profiles. It helps us deliver all the brand updates in a snap of a finger.
TechStyleOS is a global company that supports a community of fashion membership-based brands. We have more than 4.5 million active members, we operate in 12 countries, and we support seven languages. We use TalentLMS in three distinct ways. The first is for new hire onboarding, the second is for upskilling, and the third is for cross-skilling. So all of our agents across all of our global member service centers are equipped with all the knowledge they need to address customer concerns.
Since implementing TalentLMS, we have seen a growth in learner engagement from 85%, now we average about 95 to 98% learner engagement. And this has helped us create a big group of well-equipped people that are always up to date with the policies and brand updates that we have.
There are two major groups that really enjoy using TalentLMS. First is our learning solutions team that creates all of these amazing courses for us. They love using TalentLMS because it’s very user-friendly. They can create the courses right in the tool and also some of the courses in the Talent Library, upload it in TalentLMS, and it’s just really perfect.
Now for our agents group, they love using TalentLMS because it’s very simplified, and they’re able to see the courses that they need to complete, right off the bat after logging in.
Personally, I like TalentLMS because I’m able to track our progress in real time. I love that when somebody asks me, “Hey, how’s your training doing?” I’m able to go to the tool, pull up the scores right away.
We are very proud. Our global member services team has bagged the award for Best Customer Team from Newsweek for 2022, 2023, 2024, and we also won the German Customer Service Award in 2023.
We love the live chat support from TalentLMS. If we have a question, it gets answered in minutes and then they follow it up with an email right after. At the same time, we also love our account manager. She’s always there to help us with any questions we have.
